It's been almost 10 years since I've posted here. I still have my 1992 land cruiser, but it doesn't get driven, and that's a damn shame. I'm torn between keeping it forever, or letting it go to a good home. It's got 250k miles, had a bunch of work done at land cruiser heaven in MD a few years ago. It's been so long I don't even know where to start rehabbing it.
Video of engine below. I think it sounds ok, but it's been so long since I've messed around with it, I don't even know where to start.

Sounds like a sewing machine to me.

Change all the fluids, and get some new tires and a small lift. Maybe a small amount of wrenching will reignite something for you. If not, it looks like a clean truck that someone else would love to have.

Was it repainted? Doesn’t look like a factory color.

Yes it was repainted in CA 18 years ago, but it lives in weather now so it could use paint again.
