Picture from my wife of something hanging down by the drivers side rear tire.

Anyone know what this is? Safe to drive without getting it fixed? Going to take a look when she gets home...

Thanks for any help you can provide!

Yup what he said rear sway bar link and it’s safe to drive. When you get it home I would say just remove the entire bar including the end link on the opposite side until you get the appropriate replacement parts. Otherwise it’ll just clunk around and drive you crazy. It’s not a big deal to drive without it, your wife may notice just a tad bit more body roll than normal but that’s about it.

Careful on the freeway. Any evasive maneuver could be your last when running swaybarless. I just hooked my rear back up after a while of running without either of them. Night and day difference.

Are you familiar with the parts needed and process to go about fixing it? It’s very simple, I would highly recommend doing it yourself and not wasting money on a mechanic

Hi there,

I'm not familiar with it, no. I've done some stuff myself before and am fairly "handy" (or so I'm told by my wife when she wants me to fix something :) ). I'd be willing to give it a go - I'll take a look on the forums for pictures and such and see what I can turn up! Any help is much appreciated!

Chris
