Help ID interior part

Need some help identifying this interior (I think) piece. It was left over in an unlabeled bag after everything got put back in. It's about 2 inches long with two small bolts. If anyone knows what it is and where it goes it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Check for a couple of holes in the floor just under the removable cargo side panel that accesses the jack and tool kit.
