Help Heater went out

I was unable to drive my cruiser for a few weeks and when I started back the heater ( front and rear ) doesn't work.. If I idle for a while the rear heater will blow warm air long as I am still but when I drive I get cold outside air.
What can I do?

When you slide the switch from cold to hot do you hear a valve opening? If you look at top of firewall on passenger side you will see the heater valve that opens and closes when you slide the switch. Make sure it is moving.

Plugged heater core, mine had the same symptoms a couple of years ago on a trip to Edmonton, Alberta in February.

Is your engine temp guage showing the engine warming up?

Thanks guys I'll try that and give you a reply when I find out which it is. the engine is warming and all the guages work showing that.
