Help for a new guy

I was under the hood checking out my headlights for the first time today. the side light (not the blinker light) is not functioning and I think my truck has aftermarket equipment. Ill post some pics. someone tell this new guy what i'm looking at.

the ^^^ pic above is with brights on. there are two bulbs running one on top the other in the main light housing.

I like the first set of wheels better. Some of my fave all time Cruiser wheels.

You have an aftermarket HID instead of the regular headlight bulb. How do you like those?

since I have only had it a week and I don't know any different - I think they are good. So are the side lights disabled with the new set up? in the future what bulbs will i get?

I am not sure, but my guess is that the bulb had burnt out. Mine was also burnt out when I bought my LC. You need bulb #168. You can replace with regular bulb, or get some LED bulb. Pretty easy to replace.
