That odd electrical issue with my 75,000-mile 2006 100 turned out to be the ABS pump. It's part of a larger assembly. If I can get the part used, it makes sense to swap the entire assembly - the labor to re-assemble the assembly is greater than the increased cost of the whole assembly.
The part - brake booster assembly, Part # 47050-60043 - lists new for $2,300. Since this part so rarely fails, I'm not afraid of a used one - if I can find one.
I've tried CruiserParts.com and Car-Parts.net/com and a couple others. Anyone have a suggestion for a Toyota parts supplier for me to try?
Thanks!
