Help finding a part

For my 2021 LC, this screw seems oddly corroded versus the any other fastener.

Can’t find a part number in any of the tailgate exploded views.

Anyone got a lead on what PN it is?

You could always just take it out, measure it, and source a suitable corrosion-resistant replacement
