Help diagnose a (struggling?) pump sound?

I do hear a noise when i first start up the car (cold start) that disappears in a bit. Actually now that I hear yours i believe its the same (noise towards the end of your video). Eh. Not sure.

Yeah, it's at the end of the video I posted. I haven't been able to get a better capture of it yet.

Yeah, I haven't been terribly worried about it. I'll deal with it when the time comes. Or it gets worse.
