How's it goin fellas, you're going to have to excuse my ignorance here. Either this is the hardest car part on earth to find or I am a complete jackass, I'm thinking I'm a jackass. I'm not a gear head by any means but I thought I knew my truck well enough to identify a part.

My rig was making sounds like the exhaust was bad so I picked up a new bosal exhaust for 130 but it turns out it was the entire solution. I need the part which connects the exhaust to the engine, it looks like 2 pipes making a "Y" shape. Like the jackass I am I've been asking everyone for headers assuming that's what they are. In either way, go ahead call me a jackass and please let me know what part I need so I can actually get it fixed.

Thanks in advance,
Jackass (frank)

Thanks for the replied fellas, you're dead on, it is the Y pipe which is causing the issue. Although I think it may just be the "donut" which needs replacing, if that is the correct term. The washer type piece which connects the pipe to the manifold.
