i have a leak and i want to order new flange studs before digging in, looking for the size of the (2 stud) upper downpipe flange some have 3 studs mine is the 2 stud...

So you are talking about the flange that is just below the manifold and are in need of replacing the donut that is in there correct? My 10/85 has a 3 stud flange so can't really help you. Can you upload a pic maybe? Could you have a header??

Exhaust pipe or EGR pipe?

The exhaust pipe bolts to the manifold on every year of cruiser with 3 studs (90116-10096). These are still available.

The EGR down pipe bolts to the manifold with 2 studs. These are still available too.

Ah good call... didn't even think of the EGR stuff.. Also, isnt the connection from the upper pipe to the CAT also a two bolt flange or is it welded on?

Yes the OEM ex pipe flange that mates with the OEM cat flange has 3 holes in it too for 3 bolts.

ok went out and looked, well i cant believe i missed it having 3 bolts like 4 different times, so yes it has three bolts not two... and it is the manifold to pipe up just under the manifold...

its the 3 bolts and the gasket is like metal and ceramic wrapped inside it...

Also this is the gasket that O'Riley ordered for me their computer said this will work and is recommended... Has anyone used one like this before... I am planning on getting the original style just seeing if this one works?...

You can get OEM gaskets and studs/bolts from your Toyota dealer pretty cheap. I don't have any experience with the O'Reilly gasket but why not get OEM for pretty cheap. I just did!

Yup ok that is a 3 bolt and all that stuff is still available from Mr. T.
Give Onur (@beno) a jingle and see what he can get everything for you for (mind you he has a $100 min purchase order, so if there are a few other things you would like then grab them while you can).
The "donut" is approximately like the O'Reilly one, just if I remember correctly the OEM actually has a metal ring on the outside as well but looks VERY similar.

I already am I was just wondering if anyone used these ones if they work or if O'Reilly are idiots...
