Went to get something to eat this evening and the whole way there everything was fine. Got back in after about an hour and cranked the heat up and noticed an unusual vibration. The noise and vibration goes away when the heat is turned off and comes back when turned on. Is this just my blower unit going out or is it possible to have sucked something up that would cause some noise and vibration? If I remember correctly it was fine at first when it was on recirculation, then I flipped it to fresh and thats when it started making noise and vibrating. Now it makes noise on either setting. Any ideas? thanks.

mine does that too but only on high. i just figured it might be going out someday but it works to good. maybe ther are just some badass blowers

If it's old, then it's likely getting ready to go out. Mine started doing that suddenly, but still lasted a while before it completely @&@&@&@& the bed. Now I've got a generic POS Napa blower in there and it was fine for the first few weeks, but it started vibrating like made. Very irritating. Once I find the receipt I'll be taking it in to get a new one. I'll keep doing that until I get one that doesn't vibrate :D
