Ah - just noticed it's only left side, and I don't see the right side anywhere.
 
no, they're clearly listed for the "toyoto" land cruiser.

kidding aside, it's been a while since I've seen the back of the mirror but judging from memory I do not thing they match. I think the supplier built these for the 100 series and mistakenly extended the year range 1 year too far. BUT, if you're game to try them, i'd love to be wrong!
 
I got heating pads off ebay. Wired it into the defog relay. Works great! I believe there is a thread somewhere here that I followed. Youll have to take apart the mirror all the way down to the glass. Also the defog doesnt have a auto off timer so Ive accidently left it running for awhile. It can get quite warm after awhile.

I bet you're right about these being intended for the 100.
