I am looking for 2 studs that connect the exhaust and intake manifold together for my early Siamese port ‘67 FJ40. I bought what I thought was the right part off SOR but it turned out to be bolts. The part is 61 in image

but that part should be a stud not a bolt as shown in my old exhaust manifold

thank you

For reference here, the old studs are no longer available. I ended up tapping my manifold to accommodate the bolts from SOR

If he had to tap, chances are it’s a 1.50

Irony, I’m just seeing this now. I have a junk manifold sitting outside my window here; I can see both the studs sticking out of it.

I bought what was described as NOS manifold. The threads in the manifold were 9X1.25. Ran a tap to 10X1.25 and SOR bolts fit now.

Wow! That’s a new one on me. I’ve never seen a manifold stud smaller than 10mm, ever. Even on my FJ25. But if you went from a 9 to a 10, you’ve obviously got better thread purchase than you would have on any used manifold. You’re set.
