Heat from only the floor and defrost vents?? (2 Viewers)

I only have heat from the floor/defrost setting-is this the only way to receive heat or are my regular vents to the cab (the main two) clogged?? The upper vents only blow cold air.

The two vents above the heater core bypass the core itself....cold/fresh air only. The defrost and low/wide vents allow air thru the core to heat it.
