Headrests swap between a gx and uzj

Hello everyone, does anyone know if the headrests are interchangeable between a gx470 and a uzj100? Or maybe an 80 series and a gx?

I have headrests out of a Venza in my 4Runner. Seems the post diameter is the same based more on year models than vehicle types. There is no cross-reference though. 100% trial and error.
