Just wondering if you ever attempted to fit another manufacturer’s washers on an 80 and if it worked
No I didn't attempt it. I don't remember why I posted that and if it is unhelpful for that I apologize for the distraction. Sometimes we find other manufacturers parts that work for 80 series stuff that is useful. Seems like if you could score the OEM nozzles like desert dino has the plumbing and motor would be not super difficult.

Really? I had a 93 and looked at retro fitting but gave up as it looked like a lot of work. I didn’t even bother with my 91. So all that stuff is in there? Just need washers and button? So there is a plug behind the dash? What does it look like? Next to the mirror adjust button I suppose?

I think they are useful. They are on my 200 series, I think they are standard for US market.
The switch I believe is on the lever for wipers. I’m going through the whole system. I have a question regarding a screw just before the nozzle at the headlight. One on each line at a 90 degree elbow. Behind turn signal light. It looks like it could be an adjustment. I have part from a 1991 FJ 80 and a 1992 FJ 80 I’ve parted out to build my 1992FJ80. Tedious work.
