Not convinced CCOT did a full resto. Looks like they did a frame-on. Hard to tell and they don't have records. I wonder if there's any evidence I can look for to see if CCOT replaced wiring, and if they did, does it aleiveiate my need to put relays in for the H4s...

I would suggest the relays anyway simply because they prevent all that current from having to travel through the switch. That alone will prevent some problems in the future.
