Headers or Catback exhaust?

Guys DT headers, hands down. Get it done. You won't regret it.

Then when and if you decide to spend more, leave the Cats alone till they fall off, get a Maganflow or FJ TRD's might work and cut the res off. all good.

DT plus High flow Catback (EMS) system

Worth about +10% TQ and HP (AVG). Add high flow cats and that number bumps.

DT headers alone + Stock Exhaust:

Wheel Horsepower: +10.2% peak
Wheel Torque: + 4.3% peak

Tests and Reviews

4 years in with DT headers and 2 years in with EMS Exhaust (the good version). Held up extremely well.

RobRed, how much time/how often do you find yourself maintaining these DT headers? My muffler guy says if you like checking and tightening bolts every 6 months get them, but if not then don't install them. Also, are they easy enough to install on their own?

I bolted them up and haven't touched them since. So like 6 years they've been on.
