By the way, a helpful hint when searching for a car: I had been using CarFax for a couple of weeks researching some of the LC's I was looking at. I noticed that CarFax has what's called "Hot Listings" which is supposed to tell you of dealers in your area that have recently listed similar vehicles as the one you are researching. So, I subscribed for CarFax to email if any new LC's were listed in the Nashville area and that's exactly how I found this one. A broker in town had just bought it at auction - didn't even have it on his property yet - and I bought it from him before he ever listed it on his website or on the net. So, if you want to find out of new listings before the rest of the world does, I recommend checking it out.

Outstanding deal. When I was looking last year 140K miles went easily for $14,500 on a '97 with lockers.

Of course, I just paid $3.08 for 85 octane, so that's a reasonable adjustment
