Hey guys i am new to this forum. Need help! just found out that i need head gasket replaced. I want to do this my self. E-mailed to Idahodaug to get DVD. didn't get reply. I need instructions, list of parts i need to replace while i am there. I am russian i got good knowledge how to use hammer and duck tape. i think i can get this done.

IdahoDoug will get back to you. CD comes with parts list and tool list IIRC. The boys at American Toyota in New Mexico are an amazing help as stated above.
Ratcheting box end wrenches (like these : 7 pc. Standard Full Polish Ratcheting Flex Head Combination Wrench Set- GearWrench-Tools-Auto & Mechanics Tools-Wrenches ) to get at some intake manifold studs next to the fire wall, lots of extensions, a wobble extension, heat shield tubing for the main electrical bus next to the EGR pipe, an FSM and time to do it slowly. A machine shop to do the valve stem seals and clearances.
I would suggest a factory service manual, if you don't have one.
