Sounds like a plan. I may bring the family for breakfast and then they will go home. Will just be me heading out with you all. Maybe someone can drop me off in the west end at the end of the day? i dont have any tools beyond a small bow saw and axes, those would just slow us down. I'll have work gloves though.

This is great thing you guys are doing. Wish I was able to come help out. Take lots of pics. Again great work and great cause

Ok so hoping we can get a Role Call going with what your bringing. It would be good to have some of our rigs out there for photo ops as we work. I'm working on a novelty cheque for the donation. Hoping Char can be our photographer but I haven't even mentioned that to her....

I'm in: With Dodge and trailer in tow from deans with chipper. I'll also have chainsaw and trimmer with blade.

I can pull the chipper seeing as we aren't bringing a splitter. We could bring a dump trailer if it will be handy. I have a saw and Brushcutters.

Mike what do we NEED to bring?

I am in. I'm just bringing me and my truck. It's all I have to offer. I could haul something if needed. Could possibly tow something as well.

Dean what about gator and trailer. Thinking that was a good idea

I'll load the gator and trailer Friday and then after breakfast we can grab the chipper at my shop in Stony.be a few minutes behind the convoy.

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to pass along a Thank you to everyone who took their Saturday to come out and volunteer their time to help out Camp He Ho Ha this past weekend. What a great day, a lot of fun and what a pile of wood we made for them. I received an e-mail yesterday afternoon from the director who wished he could have been there himself to thank us but had some personal time off. Attached is the e-mail he sent me yesterday.

Hi Michael,

I just wanted to drop you a line and express my gratitude to you and your group for the volunteer hours you so graciously provided on the weekend. I was surprised you and your group was able to clean up the mess we had made a few days prior!

I wish I could have been home/at camp to thank you and your group in person on the weekend, however I was off giving myself a much needed break.

I look forward to hearing from you and thanks again for your wonderful donation of precious time!! Please pass my appreciation onto the entire group the next time you meet.

Thank you,

Greg Nielsen

We were in the radio this morning as well. A thank you from the bear radio station

Tyler's probably editing drone video like mad! but I though Adam had some pictures on his iPhone?

Great work guys!!

I had half a mind to surprise you guys and show up at the restaurant to join you for some fun. But it was only half a mind....

Kevin

The restaurant was a bust. Ibex picked the only one in a 50km radius that was closed down:doh:. We ate at the A&W across the street.

Back from vacation and downloaded the camera. Will post a blog entry about this day. In the meantime, here's one for our history book. :)
