Anyone know if theres any compatible parts available in the US for upper & lower radiator hoses for a 1991 HDJ81? Part numbers 16572-17010 & 16571-17010.

Yes. Cruiser parts has them in stock. Just did the entire cooking system on my 90 HDJ81

CruiserTeq (Cruiser Outfitters) carries lots of stuff for diesels. Give them a call or email, they're really helpful
