HDJ100 H151F 5th Gear Ratio Change

OK, I have a 2006 Land cruiser with a 1HD-FTE engine. The 5 speed box is a H151F. There is about a 200 RPM difference between 4th and 5th gear. As I understand it, the 5th gear from the 2014 VDJ box is a direct change over into the H151F box giving a 500 RPM difference between 4th and 5th.

Does anyone have any insight into this given tooth profiles?

Any info would be good. Please don't anyone mention the charlatans at 360 Gearbox.

Terrain Tamer is owned by dodgy don kyatt. Yes they do have a 5th gear set that toyota make. Great for cruising on open why, s*** for towing.
