I bought a nice roof rack from uptop overland back in July. Since then I waited the 8 weeks for it. Then started emailing them about my order. They claimed it was being made or in powder coating or being machined. Last they told me it shipped yet the ups tracker said only a label was made. Never picked up. Uptop said it was shipped to the wrong distributor for shipping. Now they say they are making me a new one expedited. I am very bummed out by the service I got. Last few days emails have gone unanswered.
