Have you guys ever thought about make a Facebook Page for FLCA.

Just a thought I would throw out there for you all to ponder.

Personally. I don't like Facebook very much. I like forums much better. I used to run a forum, or two.

But several people on my forum suggested a Facebook page instead.

So I made a Semi-Private (there are different options) Facebook Group. FJCruisersFlorida-Facebook.

And ever since then, it does seem that a lot more people like to communicate through Facebook. I was also told it was a lot easier to just check Facebook, rather than browse a forum! And that they have automatic messages sent to their phones other digital devices. But it seems to work better for more people.

My suggestion would be to NOT even think about dropping this forum. But just have at least a Facebook presence, with somebody posting stuff every once in a while.. And you could always link them back to specific threads here on this forum.

Just a thought for you all.

As I said I don't like Facebook either. But someone is not a "tool" because they do like to use Facebook for Groups, or whatever.

Paul, I think he was just saying the NSA might use it as a tool just like they've done with many other things.

It's not a bad suggestion actually just to show off pictures and what not. That's what I'd use it for if we had one. Or easy ways to share links to cool youtubes and all that. And link back to here as well.

Facebook can be a waste of time if its all you do but certainly useful if you do it right.
