Stop calling it a "FJ."
I checked my '99 UZJ100 in late July, after owning it for 3 years. The filter housing door was there but no filter. Cleaned out the inside quickly and then dropped in the 2 piece filter assembly. I was unaware it even existed until I read about the feature here on MUD.
