error cooled is foeix here on mud and he put this trail together. It's the first time I'm seeing it but maybe I'm late to the game. I know we were talking about a Camel Trophy style wheeling event and this might just be the venue.

looks like fun.
Anyone have a working ARC-GIS copy and license?

I had to nuke my computer with the fun software and the license expired.

Funny thing is that I thought about creating this map when Tracy mentioned all the West Va tracks that were open. I'll have to learn how to use all the tools in Google Earth to import the data from the Nat Parks.

hey all - that is me. I'm a dual sporter at heart but the 80 gets the Wife out :hillbilly:

Not sure how alluring the route would be in a Cruiser - a lot of the fun for me is carrying speed through the mountains - something that is not as possible with a 4x4. The route is not technially challenging - which I think might turn a lot of guys off. I am more of a remote scenic traveler than rock crawler.

I have a big trip with the 80 coming up from 7/25 - 9/2. Prep has been documented here: https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/prepping-a-high-mileage-80-for-a-10k-mile-road-trip.782671/

Ryan Bascom @ OTRAMM has been invaluable over the course of my ownership of the truck - 4 years and 30K miles now. It is actually in his hands right now getting a once over for the 8K road trip. Over the past few years he tackled the HG, brake system, front axle etc etc

any questions on the route let me know.

I'd say there's more than a few of us who just like to get out in to some wilderness. Looking through your thread on ADV it seems there are some narrow parts of the BRT. Do you think they're impassible in an 80 or would they just be pretty tight?
