I thought I was already a member of this BB, but I guess I wasn't. I just moved to the Houston area and need some help with my '87 FJ-60. I was driving home on Wed. night and the nut that holds the harmonic balancer on fell off ??? :whoops:, luckily the balancer did not come off and go through the hood or radiator. Anyways Toyota told me it will take them over a week to get one to me, so I thought I would see if there are any Houston people on here that might have a parts truck. I'm in Seabrook, but I'll drive to pick it up.
I'm also looking for a good shop in the area. Someone told me about a place on FM 518 called "The Shop", anyone delt with these guys? I called and their labor rate seems reasonable. I usually do my own work, or use LCS in Austin, but I don't have the time right now to work on the other problems with my truck.
