Hey Gents, HAMOM is coming up this weekend. We'll meet at Charleston Cars and Coffee first thing in the morning and then head over to David's garage.

Post up any work that you want to do!

I have a few low priority items on the 80, so I'm happy to wrench on someone else's vehicle. My AC gave out on the truck, though, so I plan to watch the YouTube for finding AC leaks...

@Beau Diddly , one of my low priority items is swapping out my driver's door track and motor. My old one works better than yours if you want it? The rubber is not eaten up so you are welcome to try the scrub method... I'd try it myself, but I already have all of the replacement parts. :meh:

I'll have the pressure washer set up and the trailer ready to use so we can wash windrock from under our vehicles before we wrench on them.
I hope to have my power steering fixed before then, but you never know.

??? I washed the Yoda off on the trailer last night before I got a shower..... granted I still need to Armour All the tires... :moon:

I'm assuming we'll do the usual, Cars & Coffee at 7:45 and wrenching starts at 9:00.
Sir, you are correct. Meet at 0745 at CCC and then at David's at 0900. Anyone have any preferences for lunch?

Princess Cruiser. I do have to say, the fix was in at GSTMR. When they announced the best looking, then threw in that it was committee choice rather than by vote despite the fact we all voted, well...:censor:

I'm fine with a couple of pizzas over the hood, going out is ok too.

What's on the HAMOM agenda? I need a muffler repair, tie rod, and my output seal to my rear driveshaft started leaking on the way home.

I still have to get a p/s hose...maybe I can order it tonight.

Ordered a new alternator for the 100... Paid extra to have it delivered by Friday. The original is making the whine of death - would much rather wrench on the 80 but the DD must run...

I'm out for this one guys, we are headed to N. Myrtle for the week on Sat. If we get going early enough, we will try and stop by CCC to say hey.

You know it's black bike week? Gonna be crowded!

Not a good week to be in Myrtle, for sure.
N. Myrtle might be a bit better, but they run together so it's hard to tell the difference.

Inbound, probably heading straight to The House of David.

Do not trust the first pour of gas out of the fuel filter..... Empty it to see what crud you REALLY have in there.

Might be time to boil the tank, or put 2 filters inline

.

I have the CCOT poly tank... And a bypass filter at the carb (from a jeep). But it is time to run it dry, remove poly tank, clean tank and try to clean the hardliners also... I'll get the bypass filter today after church.

I'll need some 4ft long pipe cleaners....

or you can get 4 12" pipe cleaners from Gunner's art & crafts box and play twist tie.

Hobby Lobby here we come ! Or dad's garage. * Dad's garage for the win.
