Hey guys and gals,

It's been a little while since our last HAMOM. Does anyone have a project they need help with? Axle rebuild, brakes, valve adjustment, etc. There are only a couple of open weekends before the Meet 'n Greet on Feb. 21st, so if you would like to host a HAMOM to get some help on that project, please feel free to speak up!

I'm thinking of signing up for the April one. Lots to do on mine. I should have all my parts to do the suspension lift. I need a primo welder to do some scab plates on my frame...

Anyone done a FJ40 clutch job with rear main seal and input shaft seal?

Have most of the parts already, just don't have a lot of room in the garage to get around so it is a tight fit.

Fourtrax and I are planning on getting started maybe next weekend on it and would love the help of the experienced. Not in a huge hurry to finish it, so could go 2 weekends.

Eitherway it is getting done, just a little slowly :D

I would love to come to one of these. Keep me posted as to when and where. I think I may even be useful.

That being said, I would like to service the front axle on my, new to me, FZJ80; including new rotors and pads. It will take me a bit to get the parts assembled for the project.

I got a whole cruiser i need to build here.

Got enough parts accumulated to have a HAMOM day where a group comes and helps with the progress?

Sounds like a good possibility for a HAMOM. You up for hosting?

Nah, This one will be going up here shortly. Just ordered some V-8 motor mounts, and some other stuff. Got to find some 38's first and then start the build. :hillbilly::hillbilly:

If anyone is interested, I should have all of the parts for my knuckle rebuild shortly. I'll tear it down Friday night and do the bulk of the work Saturday. Kind of a quasi-official short-notice HAMOM. PM me if you might like to stop by and lend a hand, I am in Holly Springs (southwestern Wake County).

I am up for hosting, have a few more parts to gather and then clean up the garage a bit. Probably have everything in the next week or so. I will post up a start date soon and anyone who is interested can come on by.

Joe - I may be able to come help you out Satuday, PM me with your address and what time you are starting, I would be a good extra set of hands :)

Brad

I can always be an extra set of hand on the weekends fellars. As for myself, I'll need some help with a 1" body lift and a suspension lift in the near future. The body lift is on order and should be here soon hopefully, yet to order the suspension lift. I'll aslo have a Kennesaw Mtn. Acc. rear bumper to install, requires some welding skills which I do not possess. I'd have to take my ride to somebody with a garage as my house is currently without. How about HAMOM build a garage! LOL

Brad I sent details to the club email list - did you not get it?

If anyone else is up for helping out, I'll be doing tear-down Friday night likely after 7, and resuming Saturday maybe around 11?

I will have you added, just be aware that it will increase your incoming email significantly because initial emails and responses go to everyone. It is very helpful and if you choose you can direct them to a specific folder.

I am not doing the knuckle rebuild this weekend. I ordered the kit Tuesday and paid for it, but IPOR hasn't provided me any shipping info so I am SOL for this weekend.

If anyone else is doing in the Triangle area, let me know - I can lend a hand.
