Friday, October 30th, 2015 – Sunday, November 1st, 2015; we will be hosting the first ever Hallowheel Kamp ‘n Krawl at Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, Texas. We cordially invite you and all your members to attend this event. This is a family oriented event, so we encourage all the family members to attend; even the four legged ones!
The beneficiary for this year’s event will be IAVA (Iraq Afghanistan Veterans of America). Proceeds from this event will go to this organization to aid them in their efforts to spread awareness of suicide prevention among Veterans. Suicide among Veterans increases each year and if we can do our part to bring these numbers down, then we should at every opportunity. Veterans returning home from overseas conflicts deal with more things than most of us can even fathom. We believe that bringing members of the wheeling community together for this cause is just one of the things that we can do to help aid this effort.

Friday evening at dusk – Ladies night on Table Top
Saturday: All day wheeling at HF
Wheeling 101 Classes
Archery Competition – time TBD
Children’s Costume Contest – time TBD
Dinner & Raffle – time TBD

Sunday: Morning wheeling
Breakdown and depart Hidden Falls Adventure Park
Tickets: Ticket price is $100 per rig for up to four persons. This ticket covers all park fees, 1 meal ticket, 5 raffle tickets, 1 event t-shirt, 1 event decal, 1 event swag bag

Additional meal tickets, t-shirts, decals and raffle tickets will be available for sale during the event.
We are currently working with a Texas recording artist who has had a few of his singles in the Top 10 of Texas country music charts to be our headline musician for the event. There will also be a cook-off team at the event providing excellent Hill Country barbecue for all of the patrons. As the event nears, we will release the entire list of sponsors for the event. We encourage you and your members to register as quickly as possible for this event so that it will make everything easier for the organizers.
