Hello all

I am going camping/hiking at Mt Elbert this weekend and I would like to drive up Half Moon (FS 110) to Champion Mill. My 99 is completely stock with 265/70/16 AT2 Grabbers.
If I stay on the trail for Champion Mill, will my rig make it through the water crossings and the rest of the trail?
I've read that a stock 4x4 can do it.
Thanks for the help.

New guy who just moved to Denver.

If you hear "a stock 4x4 can do it", a stock Land Cruiser can do it. If you hear "a stock Land Cruiser can do it", the trail might still be pretty tough. I've owned 5 4x4's in my life. My 80 series is the most capable in stock form.

You may find the trail has some challenging spots, but you should certainly be able to get through. (I have not done the trail.)

Thanks Blade 80LC!
I'll post at bushbucks.com also but wanted to here as well. Champion Mill was awesome!
The water was between 18 and 20 inches so we were able to get through with no problems. Made it all the way to the mill and tried to make it to the mine but there was too much snow blocking the trail for me to feel comfortable.
