GX470 w/ Draw Tite Hitch

I ordered the CBI fold down hitch tire carrier today. They ask for various measurements regarding your hitch to ensure it fits. Right now I have the little hitch that @THeGeNTLeMaN made but now it looks like I'll be buying a spare Draw Tite hitch from him. If I can get the measurements soon, I can send them to CBI and it should be fine. Does anyone on here have one on their GX that could pull some measurements for me?

They need the following measurements:
1. Distance from the front face of your receiver hitch, back to the center of the pin hole?
2. Distance from the top of your receiver to the top of your bumper?
3. Does the back face of your receiver sit flush with the back face of the rear bumper or is it recessed or stick out beyond that face? What is the measurement of the difference?
