Nice! What size primer do you need for this? Will have to see if my friend's could accommodate it

to print in one piece you'd need a 450mm bed. But, you can print in as many pieces as you want and add dowel pins in between to align them and hold everything together. You'd want to glue everything together, fill in gaps, and paint it afterwards unless you're ok with the unfinished look.
