Hey guys,

In preparation for a light bar install - I wanted to get a switch that will fit in the OEM location to the left of the steering wheel.

I know there are solutions out there like the Switch Pro - but I just don’t see myself needing THAT many switches.

I know I’ll need one for the light bar and another for the compressor - but after that I don’t see a whole lot necessary…and besides, I can always cross that bridge when I come to it.

I’ve seen a bunch of switches listed for the 4Runner - will those cross over? Does anyone have a recommended brand / vendor they recommend?

Thanks in advance.

So after a bit more digging... it seems Cali Raised offers a couple switches that might fit the bill. But right now, my truck is in the body shop so I can't get an accurate measurement. Anyone know which would be proper for us?

I on the same page with you regarding switches so I bought some extra switches that fit what you need that I can sell. I bought them off aliexpress in preparation for lights but I bought extras just in case I changed my mind about my light setup since shipping take so long and I'm not patient. I have a led bar single switch (same style as the Cali Raised switches) and a double switch w/ compressor & power symbols.

If you want to buy from Cali Raised, get the small switches as they fit our cars. You can get the same switches from aliexpress for cheaper but you just have to wait for the long shipping times.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. But I *just* ordered the Cali Raised ones after calling them to confirm (cant remember the last time I called a place to verify something like that). The echo'd what you said and told me the 33x22 ones were the way to go (and what they used on their in house projects).

My only concern is that they have very few options for styles - so although I will be able to knock out the light bar - future projects might need a bit more creativity.

Thanks again!

All the Toyota OEM sized switches I've seen so far seem like the same ones from China which are available from aliexpress for a whole lot cheaper. I'm not sure who originally made them but for those of you interested in switches and that have a patience, it's cheaper to order off of aliexpress. Plus there are sellers that also will customize the print on the switch for you for free.
