Can you guess what this is? And no, the spark plug boxes are not part of it.

Art Deco / Interpretive Art for your front yard?

A Bird house?

Something fresh from a water jet?

I give up.:flipoff2:

Mount for some armor?

Winner winner, chicken dinner!

These are for an 80 frame using 2" sq tube. 60 and 40 series are on the way. I should have mock up pics soon.

If there's anybody thinking about making bolt-on sliders in their future, pm me.

Stop by with one of those bad boys. One nit pick, the frame mount outriggers on the '80 don't mount square to the frame, they angle down and rearward when compared to the frame. So the lower shelf/reinforcement needs to be bent or better yet eliminated and just go with the U shape over the frame and gussets.:hillbilly:

Already discovered that. I have a couple of ways to address it...

There will be multiple configurations depending on the mating tube height. Like, say, one that was damn near flush w/ the pinch weld:D

Why, I don't see the need? If they are for custom builds, they will need to have different angles for each location and will be different for different tubes. IMHO a piece of 2" square welded to that would be stronger than the ~1/8" frame even without any gussets. The lower shelf gusset wont add anything but needless expense and complexity? By making them a simple U, they are all the same, can be mounted wherever along the frame, like able to use 3 or 4 and tube selection/angle is open to the builders design.
