i went and wasn't impressed. i got my .45 for $45 less than i saw there at Sportsman's Warehouse and the ammo was cheaper at Walmart. if you were looking for something specific maybe that would be better.

I agree.. I went because I was trying to see about a trade/sale. You won't find a bargain for most items. I know I saw a few that were used and cost more than getting new at Sportsman as well. But if you need something for an older one, you may find it there.

Best prices I've seen on firearms is at CDNN and www.policeguns.com.

I use a FFL for $10-15 to make it done.

Thanks for the heads up on the local gun shows, was curious if they are worth attending but apparently not!
