I've got a SWR meter. I'll try my best to make sure it's in the truck![]()
Don't hate the player, hate the gameTim does need his beauty sleep; I don't want to deprive him of this and listen to him on the CB complaining how his hair could have looked better if we just gave him another 20 minutes of sleep...
We may have a little change of plans... Corey may not be able to get off work till later on Wed. It may be an afternoon departure for us so we may just arrive late Wed. night. Hopefully he'll be able to make the trip or I'll be driving the 4runner up to Windrock by myself. I'll let everyone know as soon as I find out more.
... so y'all please leave a light on for us
Okay, I will be rolling slower than David and Erik, so I will punch on down the road a bit earlier. The pace we had for the Relic Run suits me just fine and y'all will probably catch me. I want to try to catch Will and Johnny at SN and gauge how my 80 is doing. Everything seems fine on it except, of course, the power steering. I'm aiming to leave my house at 0700 and arrive at SN at noon. I think everyone has my phone number.
Tim, did I read the thread correctly? Are you coming in late on Wednesday?
Having a quart of PS fluid on hand is always a good idea. I have no idea what I'll get away from work on Wed, but probably late PM. I'll probably stay in western NC overnight and roll in around 9:00AM Thursday. Once I get to Windrock, I'll go to the registration table (I guess) and then meet y'all to wheel. I'll need to find Erik because I'm sure he'll be on the same bunny slopes as me.I want to try to catch Will and Johnny at SN and gauge how my 80 is doing. I'm bringing a spare power steering pump, should the worst case happen (hoping i dont need it again). Throw a couple quarts of ATF in if you need it. The system may just need to be bled and get the air out.Okay, I will be rolling slower than David and Erik, so I will punch on down the road a bit earlier.
