Hello all,

A couple of us have worked out a group buy with TruckFridge. Depending on the # of people it could work out to be a pretty good deal. We get free shipping and a discount equal to the number of units ordered.
Example - 6 units = 6% , 20 units = 20%, up to maximum of 25% discount.

So far we have 5 people (5% off) and are hoping to get at least 10 folks. Cash is preferred but you can pay individually with your own credit card with some coordination from us.

Details:
MSRP of $599 less whatever percentage discount we get and free shipping. Fridge will ship directly to you.

On your own no group buy you would pay $549.00 plus $45 shipping. Yes, they offer a discount to individuals via their online store.

Buy 5 - $569 Save $30
Buy 10 - $539 save $60
Buy 15 - $509 save $90
Buy 20 - $479 save tons!

Deadline: We would like to get this done sooner rather than later. Likely order next Friday. All orders are placed at the same time/day to confirm the total discount.

Product Details:
TruckFridge Model: TF51 - Portable Model

52 quarts similar to the more expensive ARB Model. ARB retails for $879. A number of folks in our overlanding community own this fridge and are happy with it. Equipt1.com has a thorough review: Indel-B Travel Box 50 Liter Fridge Freezer

The Indel-B is the same fridge.

I currently own a 37 qt ARB and want to go with a larger fridge. Feel free to ask questions. If you want to buy one post here or send me a private message. Then I can add you to the list and work out payment details.

Thanks,
Chris

When you sell your ARB for cheap, I want first dibs! I'm keen to have both that and my Engel MR040

Yeah I have thought about keeping it as well. The wife is telling me to sell it. We'll see who wins. I have a nice Canyon Cooler as a backup for long trips. My neighbor says he wants it so I guess you have 2nd dibs.

Probably going to ask $350 for it. Has the fridge bag and those stupid things sell for over $100. Fridge is 5 years old. Nothing wrong with it. I just want to go bigger.

Does it come with DC plug in for cigarette lighter or does it need to be wired to the battery? Thanks!

All the fridges come with both DC and AC plugs. With that said you really should wire a plug directly to the battery with proper gauge wiring for them to work most efficient. Also if you don't have am always ON outlet fridge won't run with engine off.

Biggest complaint I have heard from people that didn't do dedicated wiring is that according to them the fridge would not cool properly. I will say that the Australian Indel ad claims you can just "plug in the fridge and go" but I have my doubts.

Moot point for me because I have dedicated wiring.

Ok second dibs, but for that price I'll take it!

I'll keep you posted.

We are closing the group buy today. 7 in total signed up and want their new toys!

Thanks,
Chris
