Grinding ignition noise (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I have a question regarding my '94 80 series! I heard this noise for the first time about a week ago, and then again today. I managed to get it on video. Can anyone identify what is going on here? It did this three times this morning before I managed to get it to turn over, and it did so but in low revs and took a few seconds to get back to normal. Any ideas? Thanks

I didn't watch video, but how a starter engages a flywheel is pretty much the same on all motors all over the world. Google that and you'll know about all there is to know about starters and the noises of failure.
