i was warned that if i change the size of my tires from like a 27 im assuming to a 31 it would slow my 60 down even more whats yalls expirence or knowlege

Stock tires are 28" diameter - 31" tires would be about right for stock 62 suspension. They will not slow your truck down, they provide 'rubber overdrive' - you'll go a little faster on the highway.

Just make sure it's Jaos equipment! ;p

Changing tire size effects your overall gear ratio. Most people regear their diffs to compensate. I ran 31s with stock gears no problem, but went to 4.56s when I went to 33s (will cover 35s too).

Learn to use the search. Almost any question you could have has been answered already. Instant gratification.

I had a custom rear bumper with tire carrier fabbed at Rock Solid in Hemet, CA. Lance at ironpigoffroad does bumpers and sliders. sleeoffroad the same. Custom work is better done locally so pieces can be custom-fitted to your truck, but thats not to say a lot of the bolt on stuff isn't killer. Where are you located?

You have a picture of that custom rear bumper with tire carrier? My OEM bumper is slightly damaged and I am looking for a good alternative to the pricey Kaymars. Thanks

I like ARB bull bar the best... ck out the link to pics. I had 31105015 on 15x8's on SUPER SAGGY spring and I made my own rear bumper just keep your eyes open used stuff pops up all the time

what have yall done with your mufflers because it appears that the stock would get ripped off easily pics to please if you have them
and i tried to search it not successful

Here's the order I am doing:

Tires - 31 x 10.50 x 15 BFG ATs - Done
Lift - 3"BDS - Done
Paint - Done
Bumpers - front and rear bumpers (home fabbed) with swing-out tire carrier - Done

Next:
Roof rack
Winch
Swing-out jerry can holder/roof rack ladder
33 x 10.50 x 15 BFGs
Rear Locker
Sliders
Rebuild 2F

I wouldn't go crazy on upgrades. At 16, I needed all my money for gas, insurance, tapes (CDs weren't invented), trying to impress girls, and keeping my truck running.
