I've heard lots of good things and lots of bad about various dealerships in the valley. I can say I've been dealing with Big Two Toyota for many years and have had nothing but great service from them. My latest problem was a hole in a CV boot. Took the truck in and spoke with Mike the service manager and was assured the repair would be covered under warranty. Got two new boots and a hair cut and was on my way with only a $3.00 tip for the hair cut. Very happy! :)
And by the way - a great BIG THANKS to puulboy for helping me with my leveling spacer install. (That's when we found the hole in the CV boot)

I'm glad for you. If you're talking about the Big Two on S. Gilbert Rd and the 202, I haven't had the same experience. Parts sold above retail $ and unable to find cruiser parts that other Toyota dealerships can. Time to receive parts is slow as well. I've driven to Avondale Toyota from Gilbert because they'll get parts overnight. Wrong parts have been ordered for me as well. Maintenance (like an oil change on my Avalon) took over 2.5 hours with an appointment. I'm glad you had a good experience, but I'll not go back. Maybe your expectations are different, but getting warranty work done for me is an expectation of "normal" service. The haircut...well, whatever...

:meh:

Service

Why go anywhere but Camelback Toyota?

Simple - I live in SE Gilbert and Big Two has taken good care of me for the last 15+ years. Maybe it's because I make it a point to always get to know the service managers. Also I always try to know what's wrong with the vehicle before I take it in. A couple of times a mechanic has tried to tell me nothing was wrong until I pointed it out to them. Usually with the service manager standing there. So, until I start having problems with the folks at Big Two, I'll continue using them for all my service needs. My 2 cents worth. :D

Phil - No offense / no problem!! Everyone has their favorite places for coffee and cars. I was going to ask if anyone minded if I checked with the parts manager about a club discount. Anyone mind if I do that?

CSC is already set up.
Read about it HERE

Always good to have options, at all points of the compass. I also get discounts at Bell Road Toyota by mentioning CSC.

***Warning, Horn Tooting Ahead***

All CSC members get 30% off OEM parts from me as well:D

Forgive my memory, but where would that be?

As easy as sending me a PM or email and letting me know what you need. I can meet you here in the valley or ship it to you.

I took my LC to big 2 for an oil change when I first bought my truck. Figured it would be convenient since I live 10 minutes away. Took about 2 hours. While I was waiting a salesman came out and asked if I was interested in trading my truck in for a new one. Didn't appreciate it one bit. Then they decided to wash my truck for me. They left it dirtier than when I brought it in! I recently had trouble with my LC and decided to give Murf a call. To make a long story short. I will only take my LC to be serviced at Camelback Toyota. No pressure whatsoever. To each his own,I guess...
