I've checked some threads on this site to do with birfields and getting somewhat mixed info on using moly vs non moly type grease. Does it matter? What type of grease do you guys use in your 70's and how much do you put in.

Thanks

A moly fortified lithium based grease, such as Moly Slip, and you will need about 1.5 Kg to both the bearings and knuckles.

Thanks for the info on the grease type and amount, in a situation where you are adding grease during a routine maintenance, would you fill up the cavity until it starts coming back out at you from the plug hole or should you leave it a bit low for expansion ? I don't want to ruin any seals.
