Gravelly Range Trip this Weekend 9.10 and 9.11!

Hey Everyone!

This weekend will be our over night trip to the Gravelly Range. We will depart Saturday morning (time and meeting place TBD) and head over to the Gravellys just southwest of Ennis. This is a spectacular trip with incredible alpine vistas. The road itself is easy, most of the time not even requiring 4wd unless slick conditions show up. Given the rain and cooler weather, I am expecting that there will be some snow up there. This is a great family trip, so bring along your significant other and the kids for an awesome and easy run and camping event!

I am indeed moving. I'll be starting a thread about it soon enough. Where to? Second star to the right and straight on till morning

I am trying to get ahead of some stuff at work, to clear some time for this weekend and make the trip. There is a strong likelihood that me and my family (wife and daughter) will be making the trip.

It doesn't look like we are going to be able to make it on this trip. Unfortunately working for a living puts a real damper on the living. Hope you guys have a good trip, and I hope to make the next trip, and see everyone at the next meeting.

I've had quite a few people contact me saying they were unable to attend this weekends trip, so we are changing it up a little. We will now be doing a short day trip to the ringing rocks trail. We will bypass the upper section, which starts in Boulder, and just run the lower section. We will meet at Target at 9am on Saturday, and should be home by 2 or 3. Post up if you can make it!!
