I am looking for a decent GPS for the 80 and I am at a loss. There are soo many out there and I have not a clue as to which one is better. I have ready over tons of information on here (search) and still havent heard which one is better than the other.

So, if anyone has any advice please respond. Oh yes, two things, this is tech because it will greatly improve the capability of the cruiser:D and I will need it so I dont get lost while driving to the shopping center and malls!

PS.......Would like to purchase something under 300.00 bucks.

Thanks,
Chans

The first question to ask yourself is....Do you want street/road navigation only or also the ability to navigate via lat/long and terrain contour maps for offroad use? How you answer that will narrow your options a bit. If you're after street/road only use than you can pick up an ultra-slim Garmin Nuvi for around $150. Offroad stuff will likely cost you a bit more. From personal experience Garmin is the way to go. I've logged 50k miles on my 276c and the screen has held out after all those hours. gpscity.com has a nice selection.

Visit the e-toys section of mud. Plenty of discussion there.

The Garmin quest and quest II work well for both off road and on road applications. They are also small enough to put in a shirt pocket. I am really happy with mine.
