Had LCS replace the pinion seal on my truck. Still leaks, it's slightly slower but still theres a leak. Either they put the seal on wrong (doubtful) or there is something else that is causing my front diff to leak.

heres some pics:

You realy need to clean up the whole area with some degreaser.
Every thing should be clean and dry.
If its the pinion seal it will leak at the lip of the pinion where the seal is.
If it is leaking behind the flange then you may have a worn flange. When you had the flange off was there a ring worn where the seal would ride on it? The flange is what the driveshaft bolts to.
You may need to have a new seal installed but this time have them put some Toyota FIPG gear sealant on the lip of the seal.

If you leak is on the flange it could be leaking up the threads of the pinion past the nut.

I need a pic of a clean diff showing a fresh trail of gear oil running down. Note where the leak is coming out. Between the flange and diff or flange and the driveshaft.

Alright ,I'll get some degreaser then get that diff fixed up.
