Good eyes there! That is a rubber snake that my wife used to scare off the birds to try to keep them from pooping all over her Jeep! I have no idea how it got under my ride. BTW it didn't scare the birds!
Thanks for the replies, I think they turned out pretty well and the new rims will be a lot easier to take on and off and will let the tires bulge a little more for rock protection.
