Adjust your valves recently?

Do a full tune up including valves and timing.

Mine had a similar problem for a long time and I finaly figured out it was an exaust valve that was too far off. The screwdriver slot where you adjust it was bunged up by a PO. I finaly got a pair of vice grips on there and got it adjusted. Problem solved.
