On the rear of the camera says model VDC5170
GoPro HERO
The arms have joints to adjust the camera different angles, can be unscrewed and made to face other directions. It attaches using these GoPro mounts

Attache with the 3M tape , I have them on the front bumper,rear roof & the front Baja Rack, they also make other mounts for roll bars etc. A package of 5 mounts costs $19.99 at BestBuy.
