I'm running these on my totally stock 40. 30X9.5X15

Using the 40 as my DD right now so she's a road queen.

What's everyone's opinion as to what PSI I should be running my tires at?

I'm currently at 35 PSI all the way around and she feels a bit squishy. It says max PSI is 50 at 1900 Lb's.

That would be about right. You could run higher pressure, but the ride would go from squishy to bone jarring
I suspect. There would be negligible fuel economy advantage, so I think you are good where you are.
